Exhibition Hall Access |
1. Exhibitors shall wear exhibitor badges during the
exhibition. Otherwise, they are not allowed to enter the exhibition
hall. Exhibitor badges are not transferable.
2. No contrabands, controlled and dangerous goods or animals may be
taken into the exhibition hall.
3. Without specific permission of the Organizer, no new exhibits shall
be moved in after the official opening of the exhibition; no exhibits
shall be moved out before the closing of the exhibition. |
Exhibitor Regulation |
| 1. |
Exhibitors should keep their booths well laid
out and staffed during the show opening hours. All the exhibitors’
staff should wear the badges issued by the Organizer. The exhibitor’s
staff must arrive at the exhibition hall 30 minutes before the
opening of the show and leave the hall 10 minutes after the
closing of their booths each show day. Exhibitors should be
responsible for the behaviors of their staff and representatives. |
| 2. |
Exhibitors and their employees can only work
within their own booth spaces. They are not allowed to conduct
business promotions in any other places of the exhibition hall. |
| 3. |
All activities of each exhibitor during the exhibition
shall not interfere with visitors or other exhibitors. The volume
of audio-visual equipment used by exhibitors must be limited
within 70 dB. Any dirt, odors or aisles obstruction incurring
from exhibit demontrations are forbidden. |
| 4. |
Exhibitors are not allowed to use any air pumps
or air compressors without prior consent of the Organizer. |
| 5. |
None of exhibits and show equipment
shall exeed the maximum loading limit of the exhibition floor.
Exhibitors should do their best to prevent fire and assure the
safety of the public. Any exhibitors who, because of the nature
of their exhibits, require special extinguishers, should make
their own arrangements in advance. |
| 6. |
Taking photographs or videotaping is prohibited
without permission. Exhibitors should place a sign of “No Photographs”
within their own booth spaces. If the employees of the Organizer
or journalists wearing the badges issued by the Organizer ask
for taking photographs, exhibitors should cooperate with them
for the effect of publicity. |

Notes for Audience/Visiters |
| 1. |
Audience should enter the exhibition hall with
admission tickets. |
| 2. |
Audience should go to the designated place to
fetch their admission tickets. |
| 3. |
Audience should observe the related rules and
regulations of the exhibition venue. No littering or spitting.
Maintain the environment of the exhibition venue together. |
| 4. |
Audience are not allowed to videotape the booth
layout or exhibits without permission of the exhibitors. |
| 5. |
Audience should ask the exhibitor for a pass
issued by the Organizer if they buy any articles in the exhibition
hall. Otherwise, the safeguards of the exhibition hall will
not let him or her out. |

Construction Regulation |
| 1. |
Stands should be built up within the range defined
by the Organizer. |
| 2. |
All stands shall not be covered with any roof.
They should be erected no less than 50cm apart from the ceiling
and 60cm apart from the back wall. |
| 3. |
Flammable materials are forbidden to be used for
stand construction and decoration. No fire-fighting equipment
may be used for other purposes. Stands and exhibits are not
allowed to block fire hydrants and fire fighting access. |
| 4. |
No fire operation is permitted in the exhibition
hall. If it is necessary to operate on fire (open fire, electrical
welding, gas welding), the exhibitor should submit an application
in advance to the security department via the Organizer. After
the application is approved, the exhibitor should procure a
certificate for fire operation. Only when the on-site safeguarding
work is well arranged can the exhibitor start up its construction
or demonstrations. In case of any operator who acts against
regulations or operates without welder’s certificate, he or
she will be liable for any consequences incurred. |
| 5. |
All drawings should be submitted to the Organizer
for approval one week prior to the exhibition. The booth drawings
should include front view, side view and sectional drawing with
specified dimensions and data materials. There should be text
and power load descriptions enclosed with circuit diagram. The
Organizer reserves the right to reject design drawings or request
the exhibitor to make modifications. |
| 6. |
If an unofficial contracter is engaged for special
booth decoration or construction, the exhibitior shall pay for
the construction management fee to the owner of the exhibition
venue. |
| 7. |
No exhibitor is permitted to use any universal
power supply socket or plug. |
| 8. |
Power supply for booths shall be switched off
30 minutes after the closing time of each show day. If 24-hour
power supply is needed, please contact the Organizer as early
as possible and pay for additional charges. |

Safety & Security |
| In order to maintain the exhibition in good order, prevent
all sorts of accidents and guarantee the safety, the following rules
are drawn in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations on
public security: |
| 1. |
Carry out the responsibility system of safeguard
and security. Develop the solutions and approaches to safety
and security based on the principle of "who is in charge,
who is responsible". Reinforce publicity, education and
management as well as enhance the safeguard consciousness of
all attendees to ensure the security of the exhibition. |
| 2. |
All stands shall not be covered with any roof.
They should be erected no less than 50cm apart from the ceiling
and 60cm apart from the back walls. |
| 3. |
All attendees should pay great attention to safety
and security, comply with the rules and regulations of the exhibition,
and maintain the exhibition order together. Do not take part
in Falun Gong cult and other illegal activities. Precautions
must be taken to prevent all kinds of accidents. |
| 4. |
Since the date of exhibition preparation, all
entrants should wear the badges on their chests to accept and
cooperate with the inspection of safeguards. Do not lend the
badge to others or enter the exhibition hall without the badge.
Violators shall be penalized according to the related rules
and regulations. |
| 5. |
Exhibitors must take good care of their exhibits,
samples and personal belongings at all times. Before the closing
of the exhibition hall each show day, exhibitors should put
valuable exhibits and samples (such as gold and silver jewelry,
etc.) into their showcases and safes or take other effective
security measures. Special personnel will be assigned for safekeeping
and management to prevent theft and loss. |
| 6. |
Knives and guns for display should be in safekeeping
with the designated personnel, who is required to count the
number of exhibits when coming on duty and leaving off duty
to prevent theft. |
| 7. |
Imitations shall replace poisonous substances,
inflammables, explosives and radioactives as exhibits and samples.
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from taking the real objects
mentioned above into the exhibition hall. |
| 8. |
The decoration and construction of the shell
scheme booths shall be executed with referrence to the Fire
Protection Rules and Regulations. Exhibits and samples should
be displayed in accordance with the stipulated regulations.
All exhibitors and individuals shall not showcase their exhibits
and samples anywhere outside their booth space. They must obey
the inspection and correction by the inspection personnel and
safeguards of the exhibition hall. |
| 9. |
Provisions must be made for safety and fire protection.
All exhibitors should implement effectively the Fire Protection
Rules and Regulations, strengthen the education for their employees
to make fire protection in everyone’s mind and comply with the
related rules and regulations to ensure safety. |
| 10. |
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition
hall (including exhibition floors, shell scheme booths, offices,
warehouses, aisles, stairs and elevators, etc.). Violators shall
be penalized according to related rules and regulations. Smokers
may go to the smoking area set by the Organizer. |
| 11. |
During the exhibition preparation, vehicles for
delivering exhibits and samples should be parked temporarily
at the designated paking lots after they enter the exhibition
hall. They should be driven out of the exhibition hall as soon
as goods are unloaded. When exhibits and samples are moved out
of the exhibition hall, passes should be presented. Safeguards
will let them pass after inspection. |
| 12. |
Vehicles entering the exhibition hall shall comply
with the directions of traffic administrators. The vehicles
should be driven along the specified routes and parked at the
designated parking lots. |
| 13. |
During the exhibition period, all lost and found
goods should be handed over to the security department for registration
and disposal. It is not allowed to keep hold of them at its
own discretion. The regulations stated above shall be strictly
abided by in order to maintain the order of the exhibition and
ensure the security of the exhibition. |

Fire Protection
|
| 1. |
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition
hall. Violators shall be seriously penalized according to related
rules and regulations. |
| 2. |
Aisles shall be kept clear and unobstructed. The
width of main aisles must be not less than 3m. Emergency exits
shall be kept open and unlocked. No exhibits and samples may
be placed in the aisles and staircases (elevators). Violators
shall be ordered to remove them. |
| 3. |
Exhibitiors are strictly forbidden to connect
their own electric wires randomly and install electrical equipment
(including lamps and advertising light furnishings) without
permission. If it is needed indeed, the exhibitior should submit
a prior application to the owner of the exhibition venue, who
will make arrangements for these installations. If the exhibitor
needs to make installments by itself, it should be subject to
the inspection and written approval by the owner of the exhibition
venue. Electricians must operate with their certified certificates.
During installation, flame retardant wires must be used and
conform to the electrical safety regulations. The power supply
can be put to use only when it is proven to be acceptable after
inspection. |
| 4. |
Exhibitors shall make an application to the owner
of the exhibition venue in advance if they intend to decorate
their show spaces, build up their booths, exhibit stands, advertising
signboards, and frameworks and the like by themselves. Exhibitors
shall start up their construction only after obtaining written
approval. All materials used for decoration must be flame retardant
panels or other non-flammable materials. Advertising lighting
boxes must have sufficient radiation holes and conform to the
requirements of fire protection. Otherwise, all displays will
be considered in breach of regulations and ordered to be dismantled. |
| 5. |
Do not block, abuse, occupy or damage
fire hydrants and other fire fighting equipment in the course
of construction, decoration and exhibit arrangement. All displays
shall be kept at least 0.8m apart from the ceiling. Nothing
is supposed to affect the functions of sprinkler heads and smoke
sensors. |
| 6. |
It is strictly forbidden to use electrical appliances
and high-power lamps such as electric stoves, electric kettles,
electric irons, iodine-tungsten lamps and the like in the exhibition
hall. Neon lights are strictly prohibited to be used above the
second floor. |
| 7. |
It is forbidden to take dangerous goods into
the exhibition hall, which include firework, firecracker, gasoline,
thinner, alcohol, gas, hydrogen, oxygen and hazardous and poisonous
chemicals, etc. Exhibits and samples of this kind shall be replaced
with imitations. If the preceding goods are indeed needed for
the purpose of construction and demostrations, the exhibitor
should submit an application to the security department for
approval in advance. Security personnel will be assigned to
be responsible for them to ensure safety. |
| 8. |
Packing boxes for exhibits and samples, refuse,
wastepaper and redundant display materials should be removed
from the exhibition hall in time. It is strictly prohibited
to place them within the booths, on the top of showcases or
behind the wall panels. Violators shall be panelized and ordered
to remove them. |
| 9. |
Exhibitors should make a good cleanup to their
booth spaces before leaving off duty to ensure the safety. The
key points are: |

(1) Clean up inflammable refuse, tinders and other
potential hazard risks. |
| |
(2) Switch off power supply. |
| |
(3) Close doors and windows. |
| 10. |
If it is necessary to operate on fire (open fire,
electric welding, gas welding), the exhibitor should submit
an application in advance to the security department via the
Organizer. After the application is approved, the exhibitor
should procure a certificate for fire operation to start up
its construction or demonstrations. |
| 11. |
During the exhibition preparation, vehicles for

Theft Prevention
|
| 1. |
Precautions must be taken to prevent exhibits
and samples from being stolen. Small valuable exhibits and samples
should be kept in the safe locked. Personal valuables such as
cash, mobile phone, passport, ID card and so on should be taken
by exhibitors with themselves or well kept in safe places to
prevent theft. |
| 2. |
Observe regulations and laws and do business
with civility. Keep calm when conflicts are incurred from exhibitors
and customers. In case of any quarrel, fight, theft or fire,
etc., please report at once and actively cooperate with on-site
safeguards for disposal. |
| 3. |
Exhibitors should conduct business activities
within the stipulated time. If overtime is needed, the exhibitor
should submit an application via the Organizer to the on-site
service department of the exhibition venue three hours before
the closing time of the exhibition hall and pay surcharges for
their overtime activities after approval. |
| 4. |
Take great care of your merchandises and personal
belongings during the Move-out. Exhibits and samples shall be
moved out of the exhibition venue with the passes issued by
the Organizer. |
|
Additional Regulation |
| 1. |
All exhibitors should be responsible for their
staff’s behaviors. Without invitation, exhibitors and their
staff mustn’t enter the booth spaces of other exhibitors. |
| 2. |
All commercial or promotional activities shall
be conducted within the exhibitors’ own booth spaces. Exhibitors
are not permitted to distribute their product catalogues, brochures,
souvenirs and the like outside their booths, such as in the
public areas of the exhibition hall. |
| 3. |
Exhibitors are not allowed to interfere with visitors
or other exhibitors in the exhibition hall. |
| 4. |
Non-exhibitors are prohibited from conducting
any transactions or promotions within the exhibition hall. If
exhibitors find such situations, please notify the Organizer
or on-site security department of the exhibition venue at once. |
|
Penalty |
The security department of the exhibition venue shall
take the following measures against any actions violating the rules
and regulations set forth:
1.Request for correction.
2.Stop immediately the behaviors in violation of the rules and regulations.
3.Reject the staff and goods of violators to enter the exhibition
venue.
4.Close the booths of violators.
5.Claim compensation for any damage to their equipment or articles. |
